About

Before you begin your journey, you probably want to find out more about us, right?

We’re an egg donor agency. However, we stand for more than just the simple supply of donor eggs to help people have babies. Life doesn’t operate like a medical text-book, and neither do we!

We’re here to help you become a parent, but we want to make sure that it’s about the journey as much as the end-result. . You’re not just another face in the crowd, just another statistic struggling to start a family. You’re a real person. And we make sure you’re treated like one.

Our job is to support both parties through an incredibly emotional and sometimes challenging journey towards parenthood, a role we take very seriously.

Can we be real for a second?

You need an egg, and not just any egg is going to make the cut. We get it. However, as you know, it’s not as simple as strolling down to your local store and browsing the shelves. Things get a little trickier when it comes to selecting that perfect donor egg to make a baby!
We’ve put ourselves in your shoes. We asked ourselves, who would our ideal egg donor be? What would she be like? What qualities would she have?

While we can’t guarantee any particular qualities, we can tell you that our egg donors are intelligent and accomplished young women. And kudos to them for being willing to help create families in such a personal way. Ladies, we salute you!

Core Values for Egg Donors

We believe that every woman who is willing to become an egg donor deserves admiration for her willingness to help create families. We respect women that are ready to give in such a personal way.

We treat each egg donor as an individual.

We consider each donor's specific needs and desires before matching her with an infertile couple, same sex couple, or single male or female. Our goal is to have each cycle result in a positive experience for all regardless of outcome.

Core Values for Intended Parents

Pacific Egg Donor and Surrogacy serves all intended parents. We will not deny any intended parent based on race, religion, age, marital status, gender, or sexual orientation.

We believe the choice to become a parent through the help of an egg donor surrogate is a private matter. Our job is to support those who are selecting the donor they feel best matches their family.

We are here to support those who are on the path towards parenthood. We understand this is often a difficult and emotional journey. We are committed to helping and supporting each family that demonstrates a sincere desire to bring a child/children into a loving and stable home.

Our History

Pacific Connection Fertility Services was founded in 1996 by Anne Rust and revamped in 2010 to Pacific Egg Donors Inc under new ownership. In 2010, Anne passed her passion and knowledge to Eunice Fung to continue her devotion for helping couples find a suitable egg donor and surrogate. Eunice has consulting experience with different fertility clinics from all over the U.S. She’s also bilingual in Chinese and English, well-traveled and understands how different cultural backgrounds may affect how and who couples chose as their donors.

Many families are looking for donors from Hawaii because of our incredibly diverse and beautiful population. We specialize in Asian Egg Donors; such as Chinese, Japanese and Hawaiian egg donors. However, we don’t limit our database to only Asian Egg Donors, we have a wide variety of other ethnicities from Italian, French, Vietnamese, Spanish, Danish to Portuguese egg donors. Our program matches recipient couples from across the United States with healthy, caring and responsible egg donors and gestational carriers. We maintain a trusted network of medical and legal professionals that help care for our clients. Our agency is also approved by ASRM and SART as an accredited egg donor and surrogacy agency.

Our Philosophy

We believe in the power of Ubuntu. It’s a word that’s popular in South Africa, and sums up the late, great Nelson Mandela’s attitude to life. Ubuntu is about the recognition that we’re all bound together in ways that can’t be seen by the naked eye. There’s an oneness to humanity, and we make achievements in life by sharing ourselves with others.

Pacific Egg Donor and Surrogacy Manifesto
We consider this a community: we’re here to support one another, to build trust, and to act as a team, helping people to achieve their ultimate dream – creating a family.

All communities have rules and philosophies, or guidelines that everyone agrees to follow. If you agree with ours, please join us on our mission.

Our egg donors are working hard to make our dreams a reality, and we’re all grateful to them. Think of this like a team – we’re united, we’re here to support one another and we can make this happen.

The donor process isn’t always easy. Some days are tougher than other, but even if it takes longer than initially planned we’ll still work towards the goal.

Stay focused, but not on the negatives. Instead, visualize the positive image of the end goal.

In order to make this work, we need to all give ourselves the best chance of success. We need to eat well, get plenty of sleep, relax regularly and keep our fitness levels up. It’s a demanding process, and if it’s going to be a success, we all need to make this commitment.

Remember, the large leaps we take in life often aren’t possible without those important small steps beforehand. By recognizing even the little achievements, you’re acknowledging the path you’re traveling. We celebrate not only every pregnancy, but every ultrasound, every successful blood test, every shot.

Success is all about attitude, and if you can develop a positive mind-set, you stand a far better chance of succeeding. In fact, scientific studies back this up: research from Concordia University showed that optimists had lower levels of cortisol, the ‘stress’ hormone.

There will inevitably be days when you feel overwhelmed. You might feel frustrated, angry, stressed out or even depressed about the situation. Recognize that those feelings are normal. Every parent who has been through the egg donor process knows exactly how you feel.
It’s okay to feel like that sometimes. Give yourself permission to have an ‘off day’ and don’t feel pressured to pretend you’re okay.

The egg donor process can be complicated and there are parts that are difficult to understand. It’s okay to ask questions. This is an open, honest community— if you want to know something, just ask us and we’ll make sure you get an answer.

We believe in what we’re doing and we have faith that it will work. Egg donation
is a deep, emotional process, and we all have hope for one another.
